Mixed Greens, sprouts with Energy Dip

Saroj Choudhary showed us an excellent salad with mixed greens and a green energy dip.
The dip is called an Energy dip because it uses the stems and skins of veggies and greens and contains multitude of minerals and enzymes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 bunch red amaranth
  • 1 bunch spring onion
  • 1 bunch lettuce
  • 1 kg chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber chopped ( without removing skin)

Mixed steamed sprouts
In a transparent bowl layer the veggies one above the other.

  1. Cucumber at the base
  2. Amaranth
  3. Spring onions
  4. Lettuce
  5. Sprouts
  6. Spinach
  7. Tomatoes

Green Energy Dip

  • Finely chopped spinach
  • 5 stems dill
  • 2 cucumbers
  • skin of half bottle gourd
  • skin of half turai
  • garlic cloves
  • 10 cashew nuts
  • date syrup
  • lemon juice
  • salt pepper.
  • peanuts

Mix all and grind to a fine paste adding little water

Strawberry Dip

  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Raw Sugar or Jaggery

Grind both with little water
Can add salt and pepper

Serve portions of salad just like u do in a biryani. And then pour the two dressings over it.
