Veggie Dhokla or Veggy Cake

Another gem from Saroj Choudhury's recipe treasure chest!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cauliflower finely chopped.
  • 1 Cabbage finely chopped.
  • 1 big Carrot finely chopped.
  • 2 Capsicum finely chopped.
  • 2 Onions finely chopped.
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely grated.
  • small piece of Ginger finely grated.
  • 1/4 bunch of Corriander/Dhaniya/Kothimbir  finely chopped.
  • Salt
  • Dry coriander powder
  • 3 and 1/2 tbsp Rice flour tbsp
  • 1 and 1/2  tbsp Curd

STEPS

Mix all the above ingredients together.
Put this mixture in Dhokla dish.
Put little water in pressure cooker or any other utensil.
Place a stand n keep dish above it and cover with a lid.
Steam for 25 minutes.
Give tadka of mustard and curry leaves on top.
Cut into squares when cool.
Have with the Green energy dip.
